Autumn Lake Healthcare at Homewood Center

I have visited several facilities and this one by far is one of the worst…it REEKS, as soon as you walk in, the smell of feces, urine, filth, neglect. These people being treated here should be moved to a better facility, and Autumn Lake or whoever owns this place needs to hire a company to clean the entire space, top to bottom. I would never ever place a relative or an enemy for that matter in this facility in this condition. Horrific, disgusting, I’m surprised they are allowed to treat people here, I’m literally gasping for fresh air…have none of you called the health department or written district representatives/congressman/mayor about this place. This cannot continue! We all will age eventually, have enough decency to have facilities that are above standard for all people regardless of

My visit was amazing with my loved one! Facility clean and smells clean and fresh. My dad was clean alert and watching westerns on tv! He is doing much better now than he was when he arrived and he voice and laugh is stronger! Our family is very pleased with his progress!

Diane, Shirelle and Dimitria were so kind! David too! We've have had a lot of different experiences with family members at rehab and Autumn Lake is terrific so far!

Very unprofessional. The director was very dismissive and standoffish. Lacked empathy concerning our loved one. Please do yourself and your loved one a favor by not doing an injustice sending them to this facility. The staff does nothing but stand around gossiping and playing with their hair. Rarely do they check on their patients. I witnessed a tech giving a patient medicine but left before the patient actually took the medicine.

Great facility first time my sister had to be in a facility that she needed the care that she is getting i really appreciate the staff and her roommates for helping her with her care. Thank you all
