I came, checked in and visited my friend; the gentleman behind the glass told me the room number of my friend; no smile, indifferent; when I asked a question of one of the workers that I came in contact with outside room 102, I had to speak twice because the young lady kind of looked at me like I was an alien; maybe she didn’t hear or understand me; I speak very clearly; subsequently when I found my friend and her husband in the TV area, the other workers that were passing through and moving lifts always acknowledged our presence and were friendly; one of the residents who was moving around in a wheelchair was very nice; I’ve worked at an assisted living facility; I’m currently a caregiver to two clients; I’m always pleasant, smiling and I always offer to help and I’m positive; again, init

Review: Extremely Disappointed in the Quality of Care I am writing this review to share my family’s distressing experience with this facility. My 97-year-old aunt, a resident in their care, was repeatedly neglected. On one occasion, she was left sitting in her own feces after calling multiple times for assistance — no one responded for hours. She also rang for pain medication four times overnight before it was finally administered at 5:35 a.m., an inexcusable delay for someone in pain and dependent on staff for help. Despite multiple calls and a promise from the Social Worker after a very contentious joint call with the Rehab Manager to personally follow up, she never contacted me. I found the staff at Autumn Lake Cherry Lane to be very professional and caring. The facility was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this rehab center to anyone.

From the first visit staff was very nice, and the facility is clean. I did not encounter any smells throughout my visit. Moms Respite stay was pleasant and staff kept me informed on a daily basis. I did not encounter any issues. Thank you for taking care of my mom!

Autumn Lake is very good place to REHAB once everyone is on the same page and that familiarity kicks in. They have some excellent staff from the Directors to maintenance which also includes the nursing staff. Communication is very important between all staff members and patients which takes some time to get right. I also feel that once the patient and staff acclimate themselves with one another things work well for the most part. It takes some time to get the right meal preparation menu in place. With anything new, it takes time to perfect if that's at all possible. Most of the were professional, personable, knowledgeable and at times less patient than usual, but we do recommend Autumn Lake for yours and your loved ones REHAB needs.
