Autumn Lake Healthcare at Bucks Hill

Today 11-30-25 I went to visit my mom in the morning about 11:00 am . I was very happy with how the staff interacted with me about how my mom was doing I asked for help and the nurse aide provided me with the help . I felt the connection they had with my mom as a resident there. I felt like we were not overlooked as we will get to her whenever. Treat people as you would like your family to be treated and this is your job do it with grace and passion you do not know where you or one of your family would be one day . Most of all do it from your heart ♥️ your position is to care for the people that are in Autum lake in need of your assistance.

It’s a nice place. CNA Anita Jackson is very nice& friendly. She changed diaper & shampoo my aunt hair very professional. Thanks for all of CNA service for working hard to help elder people. Just one thing that they need to clean public microwave. Everything else is good so far. Thanks again!

I can't say enough about the staff. Very friendly and compassionate . This home is very clean and well kept. It was very comforting knowing that my father in-law is in good hands during his rehabilitation stay!

My mom was just brought in for rehab. This is her first time and I will say I am very happy with the facility and the amazing. This has been a very positive experience.

Staff were very attentive to my Father in Law. The facility was extremely clean and the staff was amazingly caring to all including family members.
