Autumn Lake Healthcare at Alice Manor

Location is not convenient for our family but they were the only facility willing to accept my family member due to his disability and yes we were hesitant. Shortly after his admission we realized how they love and care for their long term patients like family. They have created a mini community for the patients. We are very grateful for the care they provide. 💕. Yes it is not updated like other facilities with all the bells and whistles but for us the care outweighs the appearance and location 100% 🥰. The medical providers that attend to him are wonderful and caring too.

This place is not somewhere that i would send a love one they dirty staff is very rude and unprofessional the patients room is filthy dirty

Amazing facility I was at the facility for almost one month and the entire staff were extremely nice. Rooms were clean and food was good. The Food (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served on time, really hot and nice)

Place is a rat infested dump someone needs to call the city ! Just look at the outside of the place and the admin is terrible only cares about a bounus he gets does not care about residents help shut this place down! Fire alarm does not work! Trash is covered the entire outside. The people in the old building live in filth pee smell from years of not cleaning it's so gross and needs to be shut down !

I’m editing my review based on the experience I’ve had this entire year. I don’t know if there has been a turn over with staff but there is no sense of urgency when caring for your loved ones and the lack of care and cleanliness is disturbing. They don’t clean patients, I have pictures and have even showed staff as I cleaned my mother how they are not cleaning their patients properly. They provide the bare minimum of care: food, medicine, and a change of gown and diaper once a day. My mother is in CRITICAL CONDITION and they sent her to the ER two times with outdated medical records and they told me the wrong hospital- ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS! Doctors have said this level of illness was totally preventable with proper care and attention. It saddens me to write this. What’s even more fru
