Bob here. I went into Flagstaff Family Care, and I recommend Austin for great customer service! He kindly asked me at the end of the visit if I had anymore medical questions, on top of the front desk asking if all my questions had been answered today! Really nice crew, and since I came up from Phoenix and I thought they seemed more like a small-town office. When I lived in Phoenix, I had issues getting in touch with a doctor on follow up. I learned here that an assistant (for the physician) like Austin can write up prescriptions and do the follow up. I'll look into the app they told me about for the clinic, but I'm more of a schedule an appointment for follow up person.

Austin is the best! He now takes care of my husband as well and we love sitting with him together knowing we can trust him fully. All the staff is great, efficient and kind.
