Aurora Urgent Care

Went in at 9pm. Checked in and back to a room in less than 15 mins. Receptionist was pretty indifferent which tracks with the other negative reviews but the nurse and doctor were both nice and got right to the point. We were even able to get our prescription filled at the on-location pharmacy with five minutes to spare. Will recommend this urgent care anytime one is needed.

This is my second time at this urgent care. I literally REFUSE to ever come here again. Both times have been nothing but terrible, terrible experiences. The first time I waited over 3 hours to be seen in an average filled waiting room. I am now writing this review from their waiting room and I have officially been here for over an hour and a half. Not to mention the staff is less than pleasant… they very visibly act as if you are inconveniencing them by coming in. This is so so so not okay. Aurora in Lake Geneva has never made me feel the way I feel right now…. get it together Kenosha.

If I could give negative stars I would! I can’t believe they call this place an urgent care! We checked in, and … after waiting 30 minutes I checked with the gal at the desk, told her my daughter was really sick, with a high fever and she felt like she was going to pass out… the receptionist (not sure what to call her) said we were next ( although you could tell by her attitude she didn’t really care) meanwhile the place just seemed to have nurses/ MA’s just doing absolutely nothing patient related… making signs for free pencils, chatting with eatchother.. lots of standing around doing nothing… but there seemed to be no one working with patients… after another 20 minutes went by they called a woman who had checked in after us ( no she did not have an appointment) she literally went to the

This is one of the nicest hospitals I have ever been to. It's very big but always super clean. I always go to this urgent care when I'm sick because the staff is friendly and helpful, and I've never waited for more than fifteen minutes except for when I'm waiting for test results. They always send my prescriptions through right away and it's so easy to pick them up at the pharmacy in the same building. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

They will suggest going to the emergency room. It seems to be their thing. The emergency room will charge you minimum 900 for the dr and 900 for their facility. Its a double dip billing system. Dr. Claudia Tally will say that your issue could be one of a few things and will say something like you should go to the emergency room because they might want to run tests on that. When I went to the emergency room, staff there told me they are always sending people over who don't need to be there. All I needed was a z pac. Even my Dr. Was confused as to why I was there. It was a waste of time and now I have a massive bill. Terrible.
