Dr. Clark was an exceptional doctor. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout my entire visit. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate his compassion and dedication, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent physician.

My mom was in yesterday for a allergic reaction. Dr. John Korducki was a fantastic doctor and a huge help. All of the nurses though were rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place if they are looking for the nurses. The nurse who took the IV out tried to refuse giving her a wheel chair.

Amazing hospital, very modern and accommodating. Fastest elevators I've seen since the Sears Tower! Everyone seems happy and helpful. My doctor is amazing. Happy it's so close to home....

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 I had an absolutely incredible experience at Aurora Medical Center - Mount Pleasant, thanks to the exceptional care provided by the wonderful professional who performed my knee ultrasound. I regret not catching her name, but her kindness and dedication made a lasting impression. She truly went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was addressed to make sure I was okay. Her compassion and professionalism were nothing short of angelic, and I felt so blessed to have her care for me during my visit. Whether she’s a nurse, technician, or doctor, her expertise and genuine care made all the difference. I can’t thank her enough for making me feel so supported and valued as a patient. My family member was admitted to the ICU for DKA [Diabetic issues] he is 33 years old, and has had a hard life; he doesn't have much of a support system, and he does the best he can. He also has a severe learning disability. This means, he is in the hospital a lot with complications, unfortunately. He learned he was a type 1 diabetic when he hit 28, which was shocking, as it wasnt an issue before that point. So with a disability, hes still learning how to care for himself, and navigate this disease. He has been to the Aurora hospital multiple times. This time 10/13/25 he was admitted to the ICU, and the Doctor [THE HEAD DOCTOR] James D. Prahl, MD was screaming at him, lecturing him about his health, saying he'd see him in a few years to cut his feet off, saying things like "this isnt that
