Fascials are great! I recently tried lymph massage. The day of the massage I had a sore shoulder and thought I probably should have gotten a deeper muscle massage. I stayed with the lymph massage and was surprised that my shoulder pain was gone the next day. It was a more gentle massage but it definitely helped get things moving like they should.

My husband and I have been seeing Ella for many years. She’s very professional and compassionate and listens to your concerns. Her relaxing and therapeutic massages are wonderful. We leave there fully relaxed and our bodies feel so much better. She also helped with my frozen shoulder by using the cupping technique and that was very helpful in increasing my range of motion.
