We brought my dad here for all of his cancer care, and we are deeply grateful for every person we encountered along the way. From the ER to ICU to oncology, the nurses, doctors, CNAs, housekeepers, reception, billing, and support staff were consistently kind, professional, and compassionate. During an incredibly difficult time, my dad was treated with dignity and respect, and our family felt truly cared for. No role felt small. Every interaction mattered. We will always be thankful for the care my dad received here and for the humanity shown to our entire family.

Been sitting since 6:45AM...its been 20 minutes and no one is in the waiting room. Maybe we'd be seen if the lady with the grey hair actually gave a shhh. My mom came in alone, I walked in shortly. Was not acknowledged at all. She was on the phone, she could still wave, nod, any sort of body language to convey the acknowledgement of a guest being here. But no, she couldn't. She couldn't tell me her name, I asked for a supervisor, she acted like there wasn't one to be spoken too, then claimed she was giving me a supervisor's card which turned out to be a generic customer complaint card. Which I don't need cause here I am dragging her for her unprofessional behavior. If my mother winds up seriously injured because the bald lady doesn't know how to do reception...I'll collect. Its no

The ER is ran horribly. There needs to be a better flow and better communication. Having patients sit in the waiting for hours in end in excruciating pain is not right. After being told they had no idea when they would get to my elderly mom who couldn't sit and was exhausted from standing we called Froedert and tjey sqid bring her over. Less than 5 minutes in and she was taken back being cared for. Night and day difference with the compassion staff showed as well.

I used to really like coming to Aurora, including the urgent Care. I would go to the urgent Care clinic for all my cold and cough type needs. Walked into urgent care for a suspected broken wrist 2 weeks ago, fully expecting to be transferred to the ER. My ER copay is reasonable so I thought this would be fine. I waited for 5 hours in the urgent Care. They did an x-ray and a partial cast, which started disintegrating almost as soon as it was put on and gave me a horrible rash. Just got the bill for $1,200. I do have insurance which is pretty good. I was double billed for everything twice for the X-ray etc. Called their billing department to ask, why wasn't I just sent to the ER, why didn't they build this a separate way and they explained to me that I was double billed for everything due to

everyone is great including nurses, although when i was there to give birth to my baby, one nurse said while i was having contractions before the epidural told me that i didnt have to be so loud which is extremely rude because i was in alot of pain for my first baby. Also nurses need to not make patients feel like there is a stereo type, just because me and my boyfriend had a baby young does not mean you need to repeat everything you say and it does not mean we always need your help. aurora, teach your nurses not to stereo type. i feel it was unprofessional and i did not like that nurse (i do not remember her name but maybe thats for the better). otherwise some of the other nurses were absolutely great! just that one nurse made me upset, and no nurses should be making anyone upset bc of ho
