Aurora Digital Technology Center

Aurora DTC rarely ever answers their phone and when they do promise call backs that don't happen. I sent them a case weeks ago and was promised a return date. Case didn't show up, called again and was promised another return date. Now here I am om Friday evening and still don't have the case. Called and all the sudden they cannot find it in their lab. Was promised a call back by 5 and here we are at 5:04pm, no call back and no one answering their phone. Stay far away from this milling center. Have never dealt with a milling center that operates like this.

I was on vacation so I sent Aurora digital files 2 and a half weeks ago for 2 abutments and a framework. I called looking for it and the told me I would get in last Friday(which was a 2 week turnaround!). It did not show up Friday and no one called saying it would be late. I called them and then they promised I would get it today(Wednesday- a 2 and 1/2 week turnaround). I called the customer/dr who is furious and made promises based off of getting it today. Again, did not show up today and no one called to let me know. Now I, a small lab, have officially lost an account thanks to Aurora. I am devastated! Stay away from this milling center. We have been working with Aurora for a couple months now, and every time has been a pleasant experience. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can. The turn-around time has been very remarkable, and the work has been nice as well.
