This review is for the lactation specialist we saw here! From day one, my baby struggled to latch, and as a new mom in those first couple of weeks, I felt overwhelmed and unsure. Seeing Lisa Scully was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, calming, and immediately put us at ease. She created such a safe, welcoming space. No pressure, no judgment, no agenda. She was truly client-centered and made it clear that whatever our goals were, she would support us in reaching them. I never once felt bias or pushiness, just steady encouragement and genuine care. She actively listened in a way that made me feel seen and understood. 5 years, many visits, and I have never had a bad experience here. Dr. Lane is the best and has been my 5-year old's doctor since he was born. He is now my 1.5 year old's doctor and has still been wonderful. He never rushes, always listens to my concerns, and is even so thoughtful that once after leaving, he came back in the room to share with me an additional idea/response to my concern he had. He has children so he understands all the stages and concerns you may have. Might I also add - I have NEVER had trouble getting a response from them, always receive records and requests in an extremely timely manner, and I have never experienced a rude person at the front desk (they are always so dang nice!), and I have been coming here for over 5 years now. To kailey the receptionist: *you didn't need to call me saying "oh Dr. Whoever you said needed my daughter's 6 month appointment scheduled at checkout" cause I already realized that I forgot to do it while I was on the way home. I took the initiative to fix it myself by scheduling it through the portal that same day. Obviously you aren't a parent, so try to learn to give us parents a chance, okay? At least do your job by looking on the portal first and plus you could've stopped me on the way out to remind me instead of a phone call. Do your job better - hopefully you can comprehend that.

I love this Doctors office, both Grovetown and Evans location. They’re always polite and show genuine concern for your needs.I love the availability of same day sick appointments and the after hours clinic.

Warning Long but worth the Read- Wouldn't recommend for anyone that has a child with disabilities. The front desk women are far from friendly (not all but a good majority of them are rude). As long as they are smiling and talking in a nice tone they can pretty much be as rude as they want to be with no care. They do not have anything in the waiting area for kids besides a TV with a bench. If your child is hyperactive OR Autistic, like my son that doesn't work out too smoothly. Just would like to add at 2 years old I thought my son had Autism an bought this to his pediatricians attention (Dr. Coleman) and was told he doesn't believe he has any signs of Autism. Of course I insisted he might, so I was handed a 20 question survey questionare to fill out. He claimed based off my answers he doe
