I have had quite a few experiences with providers being disrespectful and neglectful in the past, especially with OBGYNs. However, I have felt nothing but loved and respected since I started attending this office. Dr. Jordan went above and beyond for me in so many ways. He was the provider that caught the autoimmune disease that so many other doctors had just told me was anxiety or attention seeking. He was the one who looked through my medical history and tested me for genetic markers that might have posed risk to me and my baby (especially because I ended up testing positive!!) even though they’re NOT standard tests. He has gone to bat for me and made sure my symptoms are being managed. He addressed concerns before I even thought to have them. I have severe trauma around doctors but this

Dr General is my OB provider. When I say “Top Tier” I mean just that! She was informative, kind, and took all necessary precautions when it came to my care and she also has great bedside manners.I couldn’t have chosen a better provider. In a world of uncertainty when it comes to OB care of women she is definitely the blue print of how maternity care should always be. Thanks Dr General and her entire team for the wonderful OB care provided. One of her MAs Brittany thanks for your( kindness, warm smile, compassion, and competence)My entire birth process and delivery was a beautiful experience. I’m forever grateful. Also huge thanks to NP provider I saw as well Mrs Tomeka Wimbush! She definitely showed compassion, very detailed, great chairside manners and prudent when it came to my care! Than

I would not recommend Augusta OB/GYN Specialists to anyone. What I experienced during and after my miscarriage was emotionally distressing and handled with an extreme lack of compassion, communication, and professionalism—especially by Amanda, who handles FMLA and medical leave paperwork, and by management who enabled her behavior. On August 4, I went to the emergency room due to bleeding in early pregnancy and was instructed to follow up immediately with my OB/GYN. Despite Augusta OB/GYN being in the same network as Doctors Hospital, I was told I could not be seen until they received ER documentation. For nearly two weeks, I was forced to go back and forth between the emergency room and this office trying to confirm receipt of paperwork, all while continuing to bleed. I even offered to br

Went here with my fiancé for an annual examination. She had previously spoken with a lady, presumably at the front desk, by phone, who confirmed that they accept her insurance. Two months later, we walk in, and they say her insurance plan is not accepted. Great. You make us wait two months for a much-needed examination, only to turn us away at the doorstep. Do better.

I have never in my life felt so failed, disrespected, and disappointed by a doctor and hospital staff. Dr. Jordan was my doctor throughout my entire pregnancy, and in the beginning everything seemed fine — but as I got closer to giving birth, everything went downhill fast. He told me my baby was measuring over 9 pounds and that I wouldn’t be able to deliver vaginally, so I was supposed to have a C-section. That was the plan. I was told that the day before I was supposed to deliver. But when I got to the hospital, already 3 cm dilated, the nurses claimed they had no note at all that I was scheduled for a C-section. They didn’t even want to look at my birth plan because it was on my phone — they said it had to be printed or written down. So my husband had to rewrite everything by hand right
