My sister was admitted here on December 11th. We were told that they had no private rooms (which they did). Then she was supposedly on the rehab wing, however the patients on that wing seemed to be confined to their beds. We were informed that she would have physical and occupational therapy five days a week three hours per day. Yet she only had three to four days of physical therapy for about fifteen minutes at the most. This is highly unacceptable! We were informed that she could be there for 20 days yet we were informed on December 23rd by the social worker that she would be discharged on December 26th. I am currently staying here at what they are calling a health center. What I am experiencing falls way short of a health stay. Apon arrival i was put in a room and more then 35 hours passed before I received any of my perscibed meds. I came in with a wound vac, which lost suction and I was left laying in Bio fluids for more than an hour before the issue was looked at, and then it was found they didn't have the correct wound vac equipment needed. I then had to prepped with a dry packing and wait over the weekend for the correct equipment needed. While waiting for the equipment I was taken to do PT (walking) in the hallway where my bloody wound dressing was falling out in the hallway. I have been here 6+ days and have yet been given any dental hygiene products (toothbrush, toothpaste) I

HORRID!! I wouldn’t send a dog with the mange to this place!! My father in law has been neglected and has the worst bed sores I have ever seen, and I work with the elderly on a regular basis!!!! The staff does not give medications as doctor orders, they do not keep patients clean or change their bedding. My MIL has pictures of everything they’ve done, or NOT done!! This place needs to be shut down immediately for inhumane “care” practices and LYING staff who tries to sweep their incompetent actions under the rug!!!!! Do NOT send your family here!!!!

I was not pleased with this facility my mom was only to be there for rehab rehab rehabilitation and I wasn’t not happy. I went there in the room. My mom was wet with the clothes that I had put on her the day before. She’s never got a bath. My mom was up Moving about in the bathroom on her own and they fed her purée breakfast and I asked him not to feed her that because she eats a regular diet. She has all of her teeth to please feed her a regular meal. My mom had Parray food it was cold and I have pictures. I am not happy with the facility

My dad Judson Shirey is a resident, and he loves it there , he has wonderful friend now , but we would love to recognize One of his CNAs miss Regina she goes above always taking care of my dad
