While the doctors here are good, the average wait time I have had is 45 min plus. As a business owner, I find this totally unacceptable. Either they are terrible at booking or management. Either way, it's frustrating that for a simple annual appointment I need to block out 2-3 hours of my day. Its disappointing and disrespectful to make patients wait this long.

Majority of reviews say there is a long wait time. I’ve personally never waited past an hour, even when I’ve had to get multiple shots, blood drawn, sugar test, sonogram, and OB visit all in one day. If you show up a few minutes early they will usually take you right back. Great experiences here, and love the docs and staff!!

I would never recommend this place for anyone who has a chronic problem. They are the worse people to get in touch with to schedule an appointment. It often takes a few days to hear back from the office and if you have the misfortune of missing their phone call, well good luck trying to get back in touch with them. It really makes you feel bad when you have something wrong and you need to see a physician and they act like your appointment is an inconvenience. I have learned my lesson and will be looking for a new doctor's office.

My fiancée has been going to this practice for 21 years and today she had questions for her doctor and sharon in triage took her call and was so rude as heck to her and condescending and negligent and refused leave a message for her doctor there. She has never been talked to that way and is now changing obgyn bc of this rude lady sharon in triage. She doesn’t need to be taking calls for a doctors office or anywhere else

This is by far one of the best places to go. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen. They are very professional and Dr. Dalal Eldick is fantastic. She took the time to answer all my questions and addressed all of my issues with options that I didn't even know existed. I highly, highly recommend seeing her.
