Augusta Family Dental Summerville

The Summerville campus was accommodating to me and I was appreciative. I came in feeling extremely anxious about my normal cleaning, but the staff helped calm me down and were empathetic/sympathetic to me. They let me take things at my own pace so I didn’t become too anxious and overwhelmed. I hate to say it but I always dread going to the dentist but both of the locations I have been too have helped me overcome my anxious feelings and helped me calm down. Shoutout to Mrs Kelley who was very friendly and understanding to me.

Dr. Hobbs were great with my root canal. He was gentle and quick. Minimum pain afterwards. Dr. Prince was also great and made sure I got in soon as possible to get the root canal done.

They are very kind and helpful and great with the kids. We appreciate their attention to their dental health and the activities they provide while siblings wait for each other. They were so sweet with my 3 year old and he felt so cool.

I am a new client and booked an appointment with the Summerville location months ago for today. I got a automated text message last week about confirming my appointment for today and confirmed it. I even filled out the paperwork online for my appointment. I drove over there today and arrived early only to see the office is closed. It says on their door to contact other branches. I called the Summerville office number and it redirected me to the Hepzibah branch. I couldn't get ahold of anyone and left a message with no call back yet. I am very disappointed in the fact that no one thought to call scheduled clients to inform them that the office would be closed and to see if they wanted to reschedule to a different location. This was one of the greatest dental appointments I have had in a long time! Dr. Prince and Ms. Nicole were wonderful and very careful with both my daughter and me. Dr. Prince took his time to explain everything that was going on and was intentional to make sure that I understood what needed to happen and why. He has impeccable doctor-patient manners. Further, he was extremely knowleageable of his work and did not just tell me what he thought I wanted to hear! He will be my forever dentist. Thank you Dr. Prince for a wonderful dental experience!!
