Augment is a great place to relax and let your body recover. Lisa and Zack are the great staff here. Very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend if you like cold plunging, compression and saunas. Everything is kept clean and in good working order. Thanks Augment team for making such a great environment

Best place to recover after workouts, they offer compression, red light, infrared sauna, cold plunge and hyperbaric chamber. You go in sore and come out feeling renewed. Self care at its best.

Love this place has done so much for my mental health and over all well being. Self care is important what a great place to go and recover and take care of yourself. Love ❤️ it. I am addicted to the cold plunges and the brain tap is amazing what it does to your subconscious mind. Consistency is a must even just coming and trying it once I guarantee you will leave feeling recharged and a great night sleep.
