Audubon Veterinary Clinic

We went here when our usual vet was booked up. They got us in quickly and treated both us and our cat with such kindness and compassion. Everyone from the front desk staff to the vet was wonderful. I will recommend their services to others from now on!

Dr Swanson and his team were amazing! Took my boxer in for a follow after an ER visit. My dog was super nervous and they got on the floor with her and made her feel safe. Dr Swanson took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns (which were a lot!) He genuinely cared for both my dog and I. I 100% would recommend.

All of our animals love this place, and all the wonderful staff! Even our rescue who was found abandoned in the woods and still struggles with trust issues and vet offices. Their patience with him is breathtaking. Hyperthyroid cats, dental surgeries, seizures, upset tummies, Audubon helped us through it all. Your animals don’t just get excellent care here, they get compassion too.

I’ll start by saying “I still hold out hope for this place….which has been my feeling for years now”. I have nothing to say not good about the Doctors, as a matter of fact I think Dr. Young is a rockstar. The staffing issues have been a mess for many years. The “team” (support staff) are not by a long shot acting like a team. Communication is bad, turnover has been terrible. I have a “blended family” (my partner and I don’t live together, she has 2 dogs, I have one. I don’t use Audubon for my pet clinic, but we do use them for one of hers. Today was disappointing. I think the care of the pets is probably pretty good, but the care of the pet’s people is sorely lacking, mainly due to poor communications skills.
