The audiologist Jennifer is always helpful and handles my needs with care. She offers resources and advice for any questions or concerns I may have when i come in for my appointment. The only downside I have is that the availability is not Monday - Friday. I only think they are available for a walk in a couple times a week, but i usually show up there on a Monday.
Jennifer is a knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate audiologist. She’s cared for me and my family with professionalism and kindness. Always a positive experience
Karen Real has been my Audiologist for more than 11 of my 45 deaf years and has always been very experienced with me and helpful with making sure that I had the best hearing device ( Hearing aids ). I would recommend "any one" to get any type of hearing service with Mrs Real. That is how good their service is.
Donna is great to work with. Very thorough! Great personality with clients.
