I was referred here by my family physician. Dr. Kristin Hamilton was personable, professional and offered excellent testing and reassuring assessment. She discussed my test results which confirmed some of the hearing issues I was experiencing. I didn't need any obvious medical treatment like ear wax or obstructions but hearing aids were recommended but not pushed upon me. I have the option to follow up if I decide to go ahead with them. I definitely recommend seeing Kristin to assess your hearing concerns.

While I was on vacation, one of my hearing aid wires broke. I researched five different places in the area. The first place I tried assured they would be able to look at it between clients and get back to me by the end of the day. At the end of the day I found out they did not have time to look at the aid and they do not service my brand. I then called Professional Hearing Group. We got there first thing the next morning. Staff were very pleasant on the phone and in person. An assistant audiologist came out quickly upon arrival and told me they did service the brand as they stated on the phone and they could replace the broken wire within thirty minutes. Kristen allayed my fears regarding obtaining a hearing aid. She has a warm, charming way about her. She listened, explained everything, and was very professional. She set me up with a trial pair of hearing aids which I now have been wearing for 6 hours and absolutely love them. I highly recommend Kristen.

Fantastic experience. Dr. Hamilton made me feel very comfortable with my new hearing aids. She made sure the whole process happened at my speed and took the time to review the results of my hearing exam. When my hearing aids arrived, she made sure they fit perfectly and provided real expectations on how long it would take for me to get comfortable with the adjustment. They also offered an option to finance my new hearing aids which made the process that much easier. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Kristen is great. She’s very down to earth and at the same time, she’s a professional and very knowledgeable. I am always asking her questions about my hearing aids on things I don’t understand. She always takes the time with me to explain everything. She’s very patient with me. I’ve only had my hearing aids for a little over a year. It’s made such a positive difference in my life. I recommend Dr. Kristen Hamilton for anyone wanting to improve your quality of hearing.
