From the very beginning she was friendly, organized, and extremely helpful. She helped me through the paperwork, answered my questions, and made sure everything was in order. You could tell she genuinely cared about making the process easy and comfortable for patients. I located Audiology & Hearing Center of Ocala via the Widex website. Widex is the manufacturer of my hearing aids. I needed to send hearing aids in for a final cleaning and check before warranty expiration. Getting an appointment was easy, and Dawn and Valerie took very good care of me. I also liked the feel of the environment. They will be my go-to for hearing aid assistance for as long as I spend the winters in the Ocala area.
