Dr. Ali and his staff at Audiological Diagnostics are excellent. You are greeted upon entering his office. The office itself is neat and clean and calming. Dr Ali and his associates know their stuff and listen to what you say. They explain everything, and Dr Ali even set up the app on my phone and took the time to answer all my questions. It felt great leaving his office and hearing birds chirping in the trees. I highly recommend seeing Dr Ali.

We have used Audiological Diagnostics many times over the years. My mother in law Irma has Alzheimer’s and it’s been a struggle to acquire and get her used to them. The team at Audiologixsl have been great through that process many times. From doing the testing and fittings , to helping sort out out financially what she is entitled too from her insurance. One last shout out to the girls at the front desk. Never met more helpful and kind people. Keep doing what you’re doing !!

I was greeted warmly by everyone in Dr. Ali’s office. Dr. Ali answered all my questions. He did not rush me to ask questions. On the other hand, he wanted to speak to my daughter to make sure the process of wearing hearing aid would meet my needs and enhance the quality of my life. He was caring and knowledgeable.

Every time I have come into this office, they have made the time to help me solve whatever issues I may be having. They seem to go above and beyond, and out of their way to make their customers satisfied. I'm glad they're in my neighborhood!

The Doctor and his staff are amazing . They care so much about helping my granny get the correct hearing aids that are most comfortable for her and go out of their way to make sure everything is ok with the hearing aid and my granny . Dr. Ali and his staff are the best , I can say this because I have taken my grandmother to a couple of ther doctors who treated her like a number where at Dr. Alii’s office they treated her like family .
