**9/27/24 UPDATE** Auburn Pharmacy is top-notch! I had an insurance issue with my prescription, and the staff handled it smoothly and efficiently. They went out of their way to resolve the problem quickly, which really took the stress off my shoulders. Every time I go in, I’m met with friendly faces and excellent service. Prescriptions are filled fast, and the team is always happy to answer any questions. We've been getting our Covid shots here since they came out with the exception of last year when I couldn't get one for my daughter because they only had them available for 12 and up. You can book an appointment online quickly and they have you in and out in no time, no hassle. They are fantastic and the staff are always friendly.

I used to love this pharmacy and felt that you got very personalized care, like you used to with the smaller pharmacy groups. Over the past year this had changed. From being told that I could no longer fill 3 month prescriptions because THEY were losing money on them, so I had to switch to monthly pickups, to being treated poorly because you question when certain prescriptions aren’t refilled, to changing reasons why something isn’t ready mo sentience, all while making you feel as though you e done something wrong all the way up to the icing on the cake today when I was told, we can’t find your sons insulin, it must have already been picked up. We are showing it’s in a ready status…. But it’s not here. Why are we signing for things when it clearly isn’t being monitored? Ohh… and the lovely

Until recently, I'd had a very positive experience with this pharmacy. However, I received a notification to pick up my Rx and went this morning only to be told that they wouldn't fill it anymore because they were losing money because I didn't have enough prescriptions with them. I completely understand that smaller, independent pharmacies can be put in impossible positions with some of these drugs, but why wait to tell me until I pick up when I won't have any time to do anything about it before I have to take it? Also, when I asked to speak to someone about how this impacts the other prescriptions I do have with them and if this is all Auburns or all pharmacies enacting this policy and what I do with the prescription they are refusing to fill, she said I was rude and refused to help me.

Erica is amazing!!! She did everything to help me and I can't thank her enough! I've only had positive experiences with Auburn and I will remain a loyal customer. Thank you, Erica!!!
