Discharge lady with glasses and curl need to be somewhere else. I asked about my days off paper and first thing she said I can only give you a day without even looking at what the doctor said. Some people are mad at the world or they life and bring it to work first you were eating and drinking around your computer talking with food in your mouth just plain unprofessional. You deal with ppl every day so your attitude should always be onon point but this case no.

Dr. Ware (MFM) is great. She has very good bedside manner, she’s attentive, she listens to you and makes sure you understand what’s going on. I really wish she had been assigned as my MFM from the very beginning of the pregnancy. The nurses here as well as in labor and delivery are amazing. They are all very attentive, understanding, have great bedside manner, accommodating, etc. I have nothing but great things to say about the nurses on the antepartum floor. They made my stay pleasant. Now on to why this isn’t a 5 star hospital. I was assigned to Dr. Mahr. Due to some unforeseen complications, he prescribed me some medication to take and come back to see progress. Progress was worse. I’m not blaming the regime of medication, he did what he thought was best and it just didn’t work out.

I go to the dermatologist, Dr. Thakore and she's great and so is her staff. Especially her nurse M. 😍. I've been going through my issues for years and never had any problems with this department. Every time I go, it's just positive words .....

BEWARE A DOCTORS VISIT IN THIS BUILDING! HUGE FACILITY FEE IS CHARGED! i was seen in the travel clinic summer 2022 to prepare for a trip. i was advised that it was cash only and insurance not accepted. i paid 168.90 for the visit and the fee ticket clearly states that 15.12 of this amount was the facility fee. since nov aug univ has been billing me 275 dollars for the facility fee which they say was not covered by insurance! i am reporting to 12 on your side as i have been unable to get this resolved.
