I highly recommend Jesse Cohen, physical therapist. Jesse assessed my needs post surgery and designed a strength training program for me. When challenges arose, he overcame my physical limitations by creatively solving the problem in order for me to advance my recovery. He is very knowledgeable, always listened to me and responded with professionalism and compassion. His reassurance was a large part of my healing. Anyone would be very fortunate to have him as part of their rehab team.

In one session Jesse helped me to identify that I might be feeling some knee pain due to hip weakness/instability. He gave me some exercises and supported me in doing them with correct form and I could feel instantly that he was correct. I’ve been doing the exercises and have felt a lot of relief. Jesse’s massage also felt very attuned and I could really feel his care. Felt great after. Recommend!

Jesse stuck with me with his usual passion and positivity over many weeks of sessions for a back injury, not giving up on me and utilizing many different techniques to find the issue and resolve it. I ended up with better flexibility than I had prior to my back injury. I did not want to go the pain management route , wanting to do whatever I could to get back to my usual sports and chasing grandchildren. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

I started working with Jesse a few months ago and he is phenomenal. Super responsive, listens to the problems I have, and is patient about explaining things to me. I’m an athlete that needs regular work on some problem areas in my shoulders and legs, and he’s been really good about finding my problem spots and helping me get a lot of pain and tension relief. I highly recommend!
