Attuned Physical Therapy

We’ve had a great experience with Zoe. She works with my partner, and I attend sessions for support. He’s seen many PTs over the years for persistent foot and back pain, and it’s often been hard to find someone who can clearly explain what they’re doing or adapt their approach to what actually works for his body. Zoe communicates in a very normal, easy-to-digest way that avoids jargon, and her cues are clear and practical. She validates his experiences and adapts her techniques based on his body's response. On top of that, she’s just a really nice person.

I’ve been seeing Zoe for over a year now and it’s night and day. The care is holistic, precise, and tailored with a deep and applied understanding of somatics, physiology, and the systems that connect them. I came with a huge neck stiffness, a misaligned spine, and a posture that was causing a whole range of issues. Now my body feels so much more attuned. In all honesty, probably saved me years. As someone who has a broad care team, Zoe stands out at practitioner, medical professional, physical therapist, and human.

Zoe is the best. I have an incredibly complex medical history and have been through many rounds of PT, but Zoe was able to immediately identify the root causes of my pain and develop a comprehensive treatment plan to help me get back on my feet. Highly recommend.

Zoe is a gifted physical therapist. She is skilled, experienced and knowledgeable in her field. But she’s also kind, thoughtful and she really listens. All that, combined with her clinical intuition, makes her so effective and helpful. She took my chronic pain from an 8/10 to a 3/10. Highly recommend.

Zoe is a wonderful physical therapist. She is like a wizard in the way she can locate your pain points and help you get back to feeling healthy. She's really knowledgable and explains her treatments thoroughly and follows up with exercises to do at home.
