I am writing this review specifically about the pediatrics dept. Our son has been going to Dr Sigman since he was born in April 2023. We have been very pleased with the ease of scheduling and very impressed with how fast this physician responds (herself) to emails and also phone calls. She seems to reply both on nights and weekends; regardless how trivial a question may be. Our son is very healthy but for the few issues we have had we have been happy with the comfort Dr Sigman has in referring him to Boston Children's. We overall prefer someone who is not alarmist but does take parent concerns seriously. We have never had to see an NP or PA instead of Dr Sigman and overall have felt he has been cared for with his best interest. We will likely continue to go here for subsequent children a

Dr. Alonzo, my PCP, has never once met with me over the 3 years I’ve been under his care. He pushes my appts to his PAs who could care less about my care, the forms I need completed, nor any follow up. My health has severely declined under his care, resulting in multiple hospitalizations. Supervisors in the office are unempathetic and not incentivized to help. Stay away from Atrius.

Dr Sabrina Selim was my in-laws PCP, and when they both had Alzheimer’s diagnoses she continued as if they were any other old couple (wearing torn clothing and living in hazardous conditions in a house full of hoardings). My mother-in-law was wearing two different shoes when I saw her in 2023, my father-in-law had pretty much stopped bathing, and yet Dr Selim refused to talk to my husband about their condition because he didn’t have the healthcare proxy. “Family Medicine “..?

This is a review specifically for the lab—which is typically quick and easy for adults. But for pediatrics, STAY AWAY from this lab. After 5+ years at Atrius Cambridge, I was shocked at how we were treated when taking my 6 month old to get blood drawn. The phlebotomist pressured us into trying to get blood from my infant even though they couldn’t find a vein, outright mocking my husband for his discomfort with this and arrogantly claiming they would have no problem getting blood. While trying and failing to prick a vein, they repeatedly paused to gaslight us by explaining that our *screaming* baby was clearly comfortable and taking it well, proving we were dumb to even consider postponing. They continued taking breaks from trying to find the vein—with the needle still in my son’s arm whil

This place is a scam! Dr. Moran is unhelpful and makes insurance charge me hundreds of dollars. I’ve visited 3 times for simple check ups and basic questions. My doctor was hardly knowledgeable nor did it seem like she cared at all. I’m not sure how she logged the appointments but my insurance has billed me 3 times and each cost was TRIPLE the previous one.
