My first visit to see my elderly mother, following her surgery to repair the second fracture of her left ankle in 6.5 years, was very favorable. They have already started on light PT and OT, the nurses and other staff are very attentive, and I was able to easily get to speak with the Director of Patient Relations regarding a family issue. I really wish I was familiar with this facility before because my mother has been in some awful sub acute rehab facilities. Again, this is being written after only one visit but I’d give it five stars right now and I am hopeful that the standard of care remains high and that my mother will get moving and back home soon with their help. Thanks to Paige, Cody, the nurses and all other staff for their help today and their care for my mother. I can relax know

Beautiful lobby, looks like a hotel. Smells good. Bright and airy. Staff speaks when you’re walking down the hallway. No patients hanging out in the hallway looking abandoned. Rooms large and spacious for visitors. So far good experience

We were there visiting today and it is a beautiful place and nice and clean. However, my friend I visited had not had any care on the two wombs she has on her back and foot. Bandages had NOT been removed and area cleaned and that is why she is there. It is disappointing that you can go to a nice place to visit but the Care is not there. At the price, it would be wonderful if all worked together.

I was visiting my Dad @ Spring Hills and found the staff to be very kind & accommodating. This facility seems to have improved significantly since the last time I was here, in 2016, to visit my father-in-law. My dad is happy with the level of care, the professionalism of the staff, and the food so far. As long as he’s well cared for and happy, I’m happy. (It is my first day visiting my Dad at this facility, and I will update my review if anything changes .)

I’ve had my mom there for almost two weeks and she is doing so well! Staff are friendly and super helpful! Place always smells good, plus it’s gorgeous! Highly recommend this place for Acute Rehab!!
