Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Urgent Care - Pisgah Church

Whenever we suspect ear infections, flu or even an injury, I always come to this clinic. Ms. Tanya is the sweetest receptionist and goes above and beyond. We went today because all three of my boys had the flu and she came out, turned the tv onto paw patrol to keep them entertained since they weren't particularly happy. We saw Marilyn today and she is always great with my kids which I greatly appreciate! I had to go a couple weeks ago because my son burned his face and the care was just phenomenal. We saw Dr. Bock who took care of my son and even called to check in on how he was doing with care since she had to leave the room a little early. Overall staff is wonderful and I highly recommend this place ☺️

I went to urgent care recently through Atrium to treat some of the concerning physical health issues I've been having while in college. None of them were severe enough for me to need a doctor, I simply wanted to know how to treat my symptoms. The nurse that I talked to listened to each of my concerns (around 4 of them), and was understanding and charismatic. When Angela Muller came in to talk about treatments, the first thing that came out of her mouth was "you know, you can't just come in here with all your problems". I understand that she might be a busy person, but I didn't think it would be too much of an issue to address my symptoms then, seeing as I didn't know when I'd be able to make another trip to urgent care. Angela Muller was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and mean healthcare professional I have ever interacted with. My partner and I went to this urgent care due to severe cold-like symptoms. She did not listen to me or my partner in regards to our symptoms, YELLED at my partner to her face about antibiotics (which my partner had not brought up at all), and prescribed medication without explaining to either of us what it was or why it was being given to us. She did not even give me a physical examination such as looking in my throat or checking my breathing, and prescribed me antibiotics without ever running a single test. We had to ask the nurse who came in to administer the shot what was even in it. Her lack of compassion was startling, and she should never subject another patient to

Marilyn was our provider and Madison roomed us w the xray tech, who later did an x ray for us. Everybody was so nice from the time we came through the front door to the time we left. The staff was attentive and patient with my daughter.
