Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Urgent Care Friendly Center

Great experience, I received the best care from everyone I encountered. Harold up front checked me in quickly and professionally. Cassidy got me back in a room and listened to every concern, also providing laughter that I needed. Hands down, the best medicine!! Both Providers, Jamie Warrilow and Tara Williams kept me out of an emergency department at a hospital. Cannot say enough about this crew and this urgent care in general.

I injured myself roller skating and this urgent care was the closest to visit . From the moment i walked in i knew i was at the right place. No waiting, it looked and smelled very clean and the,staff was outstanding. I was given the opportunity to go to moses,cone because giving me a splint was all the staff could do. I chose atrium Health because I live in high point. The staff at urgent care fast tracked me so I would have no wait. The staff was so caring and knowledgable. I had my surgery monday and am on the way to a great recovery. This is the best place to go if you need care, take it from me i have alot of Health issues and its nice to find caring and compassionate staff . Thank you to all that assisted me.

This Urgent Care is exceptional especially compared to all others I have used in the past! The quality of care is so efficient and all staff that has helped our family has been extremely supportive and diligent about diagnosing! We would certainly return whenever needed with trust and confidence.

I was able to get in and be seen relatively quickly on a Saturday night just before closing. The lobby was clean and orderly, and the staff was professional and worked quickly to help me. No one rushed me along despite it being close to their quitting time. I was very sick, and the provider was thorough in examining me and giving a diagnosis. Medication was sent to the pharmacy, and I left feeling hopeful that things would improve soon. The provider even told me what to do should things not get better since she has seen severe illness circulating in the community. I was impressed by this urgent care facility and would visit again if necessary.

I had the pleasure of receiving care from Lexie. I usually don’t enjoy doctor visits, but she was very pleasant, made sure I had a clear understanding, and made me feel safe. All of the staff I spoke to were helpful as well. Thank you!
