Atrium Health Urgent Care

I went to the Monroe, NC Urgent Care and the staff was efficient, thorough, resourceful and professional. I left with confidence that my ailment was properly diagnosed. I took my prescribed meds and feel 100% better. Thank you to the team of medical professionals that assisted me.

Daughter went to Monroe location. PA said her heart rate was elevated and didn’t test her for flu or Covid until fiancé asked them to do. They were just sending her home. Finally tested and positive for flu A. Gave her nothing but cough meds. Took her to Waxhaw ER next day due to heart rate. Did EKG and gave fluids. They were very good. Explained heart high but prob due to flu. Came down after fluids. Told her if went back up and stayed up to come back. Orig PA should have explained more at Monroe. Won’t go back to Monroe. I’m happy with Waxhaw.

Terrible I waited over 2 hrs to be I am veryyyyyy sick I feel terrible they test me covid and said it was negative they also tested me for the flu and said it was negative and said that there was nothing they could do for me so they sent me to the hospital due to my heart rate and a lot of other things and I went to the hospital. They tested me for the flu and it came back positive. The ladies at the front desk, where kind of rude they were in the back eating when they should’ve been helping and making sure ppl are ok

Absolutely amazing Urgent Care! I usually hate going, because the process can be difficult and long, but this place was great! They took me back quickly, (it was slow there but I still barely waited for a minute) Dr. Antoine was great as well :)

The staff were so nice! The doctor and nurse were both compassionate and I felt heard and was very happy with my experience there.
