Rachael Collins is an excellent and knowledgeable Doctor. She explained everything in detail. I didn’t have a cough that day, but I’m very glad she prescribed a cough medicine, because the next day the cough started and I already had the medication, so I didn’t have to come back for another appointment.

Doctor and nurses are all very friendly and welcoming and they care.. I felt at ease and well taken care of. They also have x ray machine in case any one needs to find an urgent care that can provide that service.
Group at Indian Trail urgent care are excellent. I have been a resident of the Trail for 22 years. Started going to this location when they opened. They are top notch!
Always love Atrium over Novant. Staff saw me quick and gave me good information for my symptoms and test. Portal is easy to use and best of all, doesn't charge crazy like Novant has done to me before
