Staff were very welcoming and cordial. The Medical staff was knowledgeable, genuine, and caring. The Care Team was very interactive and made me feel very comfortable with the care they provided. They gave me everything I needed to help heal my health concerns. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST this location. Absolutely amazing staff! Fast, friendly and courteous! From the front desk, to the nurse to the doctor. All were very calming and listened to what we had to say. They seem to genuinely care for their patients and take pride in what they do. This was like no other urgent care visit I’ve had.

I came in early on a Sunday morning and appreciate being greeted by a warmed receptionist. The wait was ideal and truly appreciate all the health care professionals being here and open on a Sunday morning. The parking it’s easy and convenient. The check-in process was quick and the wait was ideal. My nurse Haley was attentive, listened to what brought me to urgent care and was compassionate too. Not easy, especially during a pandemic where our health care professionals are working endlessly. Theresa Smith my physician assistant was so sweet and diligent in the whole process!! Thankful to have such great service.

Absolutely horrific, went Saturday morning was told I couldn't be seen without an appointment. I made an appointment and showed up early as you are supposed to. I wasn't seen for almost an hour after my appointment time. Why bother making an appointment? I told them I had no insurance. Was made to pay a $50 copay. What am I copying for without insurance? Then was told they would send me a bill that would be at least $400. Absolutely insane. The medical industry is one massive scam.

Closes at 8:00. Got here at 6:50. Prior to coming, I spoke with a triage nurse (who was wonderful) and she told us that we will not be turned away. I stood on line at the front t desk for about 10 minutes. The person at the desk was chatting with someone in a back room. When she finally came out to help me, she said they were not taking any more walk-in's tonight and that I needed to come back in the morning. THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE PERSON WAITING IN THE WAITING ROOM!! Went to Piedmont up the road and was seen right away.
