I waited for 2 hours almost 3 and then felt rush once was called in the back. Then when trying to ask a question to the front desk I was greeted with an attitude and rushed away. I understand being busy and having to care for other patients but also you have to remember courtesy and politeness. I didn’t feel as if i gotten the best care.

I visited Atrium Urgent Care today and, unfortunately, my experience was not very positive. My intake nurse was very nice. The urgent care provider I saw did not come across as welcoming, and I left feeling offended. When I explained that I have been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis for the past seven years, she questioned it and suggested she believed I had asthma instead. While I understand providers may have different perspectives, the way it was communicated made me feel as though she didn’t believe what I was telling her about my own medical history. Throughout the visit, her attitude felt hesitant and somewhat dismissive, which only added to my discomfort. I normally expect urgent care visits to be supportive and straightforward, but this encounter left me feeling more frustrated t

I had the pleasure of encountering an amazing healthcare receptionist today at our local urgent care, Shavomanick McDuffie. My 4-year-old son, who is non-verbal and on the autism spectrum, uses music to help regulate himself, especially when he’s feeling unwell. While I was filling out paperwork, my son was listening to his music when a man nearby rudely shouted for it to be turned off. It was incredibly upsetting, but Shavomanick stepped in immediately with such compassion and understanding. She assured me that it was okay for my son to have his music on, recognizing that it was important for his well being. It’s moments like this that truly warm my heart and remind me that there are still people out there who genuinely care and show kindness to those with special needs. Thank you for yo

It was 7:20 pm when we walked in. She told me to sit down while she receive more info. At first I thought it was because my daughter was having an allergic reaction and her face was breaking out not it was because they said they were not taking anybody else. This is unacceptable! I waited ten minutes for her to tell me this information. Meanwhile my baby is suffering.

Lady at the front was nice. Waited 2 hours and got in 30 minutes early for waiting there. Had a knee injury. Dr asked a few questions, but said they didn't have an x -ray and to go to OrthoCarolina, because they would always take an xray. So I left and went there. Turns out that is a very common thing that OrthoCarolina hears. They did take xrays though the Dr there good at listening to what he wants to hear. I'm just trying to get an MRI lol. Take my money.... Unless you're dying and don't have a primary or want to overpay for a knee brace... Just go to your primary or OrthoCarolina and then your primary.
