Atrium Health Primary Care Eastridge Family Medicine

I been at this primary care clinic for 30 years. The best doctors have left the office which was Bolin, Jennie, Whitehead. Ever since they left this office has went down hill. My family and I had a appointment on February the 10th and the woman at the front was snobbish with my daughter when it was time for her appointment told her to come out to the car and they would text her when it’s time for her appointment cause she’s sick even though she had on a mask. The doctors got to where they don’t want to help their patients anymore and don’t care how much they suffer with cough or pain or anything. Nathan used to be a great doctor when I first saw him and Bailey too but they both just went down hill and don’t care for most of there patients. It seems like they’re trying to get rid of us and

I needed a sick appointment for my daughter but couldn’t get an appointment with her PCP for 6 weeks! She is nonverbal & special needs so she really needs to see someone who is familiar with her. They only had 1 appointment slot available with any provider for the next 5 days. Also, there are no handicap parking spots that allow space for a ramp to unload a wheelchair, which is unacceptable.

My visit was pleasant as always. From the front desk staff, the the RN and the PA Dr. Funk. They always show great patient care and support. I enjoy going to this facility for medical care!

Their Medical Doctor don't accept new patients. I need MDs and not nurse. If I need nurse that is when I will be at the hospital but for I need MD as my Primary Care Physician. I wouldn't be surprised if this place will be closed. It's either they hire more MDs that accepts new patients or just lose more patients.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Dr. HALEY was just the best, explain everything to.my daughter, let her know what's happening and what to expect, very helpful with her meds, and letting her know about outside appointments, what they are for and helping here with her care
