Where to begin. I waited on the survey call as I got from other Atrium Hospitals. Never got it. So, I will do it here. I was transferred for having Ventricular tachycardia of 250bpm. When I arrived and getting set up in room the nurse asked that I call the first time I get up to evaluate fall risk. I said I need to pee, and he can evaluate now. He said OK and seen I did good walking, so he said I was good to go but use the urinal as they want to monitor it. This was a Tuesday I used the urinal up until late Wednesday and started using the toilet as the urinal was full and started to smell because it was NOT monitored one single time.
