If I could give it zero stars I would, brought my mom in for emergency we had to wait for 3-4 hours till they finally checked us in she had to stay over night and only one chair was given to us so I had to stand up and switch seats with my dad every 2 hours or soo.. on top of that nurse name nancy with African accent she’s terrible she couldn’t make the iv work she try to look for a vein like 3 times and wanted to keep trying poking her with a needle until I asked her to get someone else who did it in like 10 seconds, I don’t think she knows what she’s doing kept leaving needles in the bed and dropping stuff all over the room anyways we ask for an extra chair and blankets which we never got avoid coming here if u don’t wanna die worst experience ever and avoid that nurse as well

I had both an endoscopy and a colonoscopy today, and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The staff was attentive, kind, and professional. Every step was explained clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The anesthesiologist was exceptional — bright, confident, and remarkably personable. He has the kind of presence that could easily carry a morning television show, yet he maintained complete professionalism and made me feel safe throughout. Unfortunately, I don’t remember most of the staff members’ names — anesthesia has its way of erasing details — but I do remember Karen, the anesthetist, who was wonderful. My procedures were scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and they actually began at 10:55. That level of efficiency and respect for patients’ time truly stands

I was first seen at the Emergency Room in Monroe Union and was informed upon arrival that I would need to be transferred to Pineville once a bed became available. While waiting at Union, I received excellent care. I even had a room with a private bathroom, which made a big difference while receiving IV treatment and being in pain. I was transferred to Pineville around 6:00 AM on Friday morning. Upon arrival, I was placed in a very small room without a private bathroom or shower. I was told I would be moved to a larger room once one became available, but that did not happen. My biggest concern during my stay at Pineville was the lack of communication and follow-up. While no one was rude or unkind, it was very difficult to get clear answers about my condition or next steps. I often had to

Had a planned surgery of my right colon and was admitted after surgery for 4 days. I was completely underwhelmed by the lack of care and support. - No patient advocate (someone to come in and ask how my experience is going) - Complete inefficiency with regard to planning of meals, medications, room cleaning, etc. Very difficult to sleep the first few days as I was constantly being woken. You would get meds for some things and then one hour later they come in again for another one. - Bathrooms, trays, and the toilet are not cleaned during your stay, and there are no tools like a scrubber to clean up the toilet. So “messes” sit there and rot for days. See photos. - Nurses are hit or miss. Some very forgetful. Mostly there just to hand out meds. Little compassion. Some excellent and

My husband had a major vascular surgery on 4/11/25. I sat in the waiting area for over 5 hours with no updates, after the procedure NO ONE came out to talk to me. I was told Dr. Stanley would come out to talk with me, he did not! After learning that my husband was no longer in recovery and back in his room after I sat in the waiting area from 2p-7p, I went and found him crying and in severe pain. I was told by nursing staff that a PCA pump was ordered to control pain but NO PCA PUMPS WERE AVAILABLE!! I demanded that my husband be given another form of pain medication but nurses needed to get an order from the doctor...it took the doctor a couple of hours to respond, there should have been a back up plan!!!!! My husband should not have had to suffer because no pain pumps were available. I f
