Atrium Health Orthopedic Urgent Care

I don’t want to give a low score, because I have always had a great experience every time I’ve been seen here. I’ve been coming here for over 1 year. However, my experience tonight with the PA JT was out of the norm. Provider never saw me. I waited over an hour to be seen , just for him to send the nurse to tell me that I would not be seen. I had obvious symptoms going on and the provider had me sit in the waiting area for 1 hour, only to refuse to see me. I will stick to my morning crew that takes exceptional care of me when I am in pain

Nurses and PA were all incredible. We were seen in such a timely manner and the PA Lawson was excellent. She explained all findings and made great recommendations. This was probably the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.

It was easy to find and had little to no waiting. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I saw the Ortho PA who listened and responded to my concerns. I would definitely recommend.

Can anyone go to y'all's clinic or do they have to have a referral just wondering and are y'all open today
