Absolutely wonderful staff!!! From the sweet lady that checked me in to the kind lady that checked me out, absolutely wonderful!! (My apologies I cannot remember the names of these two ladies or I would specifically mention!). On a Sunday (9/21) when not much else is open I went to this urgent care. When I got there, the number of cars in the parking lot indicated they were busy, but I still needed to be seen. I did have a little wait, but not near as long as I anticipated!! All moved smoothly and efficiently. From the 2 ladies at front desk, to Jemmesia (sorry if spelling wrong) and Ruby in the back and Dr. Longaker, and the Xray technician, every employee was kind, professional and apologized for any wait!! I GO HERE WHEN I CANT GET IN TO SEE MY REG. DR. THE STAFF IS KIND & THEY GET U IN AS SOON AS THEY CAN, IF YOU WANT TO GET IN & OUT U NEED TO COME FIRST THING IN THE MORNIN. THE NURSES ARE GREAT & SO ARE THE DOCTORS..MY MOM COMES HERE, SO DOES MY DAD & MY BRO. & HIS WIFE, WE LOVE THIS PLACE....SOME DAYS & TIMES ARE BUSIER THAN OTHERS..ITS WAY BETTER THAN GOING TO THE ER AT HOSPITAL DOWNTOWN THATS 6HR WAIT...I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS, BUT U HAVE TO REMEMBER NO ONE CAN PREDICT WHEN ITS GOING BE BUSY OR SLOW...

Front desk staff are very rude and act as if they don’t want to be bothered. The wait time is horrible and if you ask what the wait times are they say “I can’t give you that information”. Don’t go here go to somewhere else!!!!

The slowest wait times every single time I come here. I even came here months back and they never sent X-rays to my Dr. They also are the only only ones that still require you to wear a mask. There waiting room is marked off so you can’t even sit beside your family. It’s almost like the staff has a power struggle and abuse it. I (woke) up and this was my last time here. Waited over an hour for nothing.

Thank you to everyone today -the nurses especially. I ran in bleeding horribly and they got me right back, the doctor quickly took care of it, and the nurses took great care to clean me up.
