Visit: 7/22/25 I took my brother to this location because I was taken such good care of on my visit around 3 weeks ago. The staff and the ladies at the front desk were all nice, pleasant, concerned and friendly. So yesterday I took my brother there. New faces, and same smiles , pleasant and polite. Always maintain healthcare professionalism. Front Desk: Nekeshia Davis and Corene Childs Medical Staff in Back: Nurse Practitioner, Sophia Santana RN and lady that drew blood for my bothers lab work Technician that took my brother for X-rays Thank you ladies and continue working and Providing good quality care and medical services. My visit today to Atrium Health Navicent Urgent Care North was excellent, professional alone with genuine concerns and wiliness to help me with why I am visiting(sick). Nurse Tasha was very nice, professional explained my vital signs and made me feel comfortable, Tasha also explain my meds and the name and what it was for. Nurse Practitioner Stacy was also very nice and professional. Stacy explain what was wrong and my meds. The service was so fast. I was in and out within 30 to 45 minutes. FRONT DESK: The ladies were all smiles and very nice. Sorry I don't remember her name , but she was very private with the small issue with my insurance. she explained what she has to do for the visits today and advice me what to to to fix my issue. I should have read the reviews before ever going here! I took my daughter here because it’s the weekend and her provider is closed. I knew she had strep throat and needed antibiotics, otherwise I would’ve waited until Monday to see her dr. We were there 10-15 minutes, looked at her throat said no test was needed, it was definitely strep. Go to check out and the receptionist said that’ll be $277!!!! That my insurance asked for 20% of total bill. So doing that math, that means they billed my insurance $1300 for a 10 minute office visit with no tests run?? Something isn’t right here! I’m calling billing on Monday!

DO NOT GO. The receptionist lied and said she couldn’t look at the insurance until after the visit. Then claimed my bill was over $200 for a check up. INSANE to think I’ve never paid more than $40 for a visit, suddenly it’s over $200. Terrible service, Insane pricing. ALSO the receptionist gave me a bad number so I couldn’t talk to the billing department to find out why the bill was so high. She claim to have no idea why it was that price. The doctor was nice and the nurses were great help.
