if i could leave 0 stars i would. not only was their a long wait but we were very neglected. my husband came in with a hole in his lip and half of his tooth missing. they sent us on our way stating that it would heal up nicely and that it would be okay and to just use some “mouthwash”. HALF OF HIS TOOTH WAS IN HIS LIP, they said nothing they did nothing. management should be ashamed. no antibiotics or nothing, charged us out of pocket for a workman’s compensation $300 for nothing to happen but a pat on the back and goodbye. please avoid this place if you want decent health care. this urgent care should be happy we do not sue.

They up-billed my mentally challenged brother as a hospital Emergency Room and not as an Urgent Care facility. Prescribed mouthwash and antibiotic for a toothache. Their name and sign are "Urgent Care" not Emergency Room. Cost him $125 Emergency Room copay instead of $30 for urgent care. May be legal, but not ethical.

I will say they get you in and out, however they bill as a hospital and the bills are outrageous! My co pay for urgent care is supposed to be $50 and then I get a bill for over $300 and I call my insurance they tell me thats wrong, until we get on the phone with the billing department. Apparently they can charge for in patient charges and get away with it. So wrong. You go to an urgent care to avoid the bill of a hospital.

*****UPDATE:: Just got separate bill from Pathgroup for $103.68 for lab test from swap taken. 1. Never rec contact re results of swap. 2. When i paid bill never advised a separate bill would be comming. Called Atrium and adv shot given prior will treat that infection. I adv better communication needed re charges for services**** Fyi.. Well everything is expensive but some things are worth it. Made tentative appointment for 9 am today 5/27. Arrived at 8:40...was taken back just before 9 am. Dr Patel came in about 9:10 .. I was there for an abcess under my arm that had already burst (so knew I needed antibiotics). I was examined. He took swab of the area and explained course of treatment. About 5 min later was given antibiotic shot. Had to wait 20 min to make sure I had no r

The staff is very nice and professional. Fast friendly service as well. They listen to my concerns and was informative about my condition.
