I am extremely disappointed with our recent stay here. The nurses were wonderful, and most of the doctors were caring — they are truly the only reason this review isn’t even worse. However, the overall experience was unacceptable. We were there for five days and not once did anyone come to clean our room. By day four, I had to ask a nurse to find someone just to empty the trash and replace the toilet paper. The bathroom felt dirty from the moment we arrived, and the “bed” for parents was gross. The sheets and blankets didn’t feel clean and even had someone else’s hair on them. One doctor even gave us the wrong diagnosis because he confused our child with another patient. That is extremely concerning in a children’s hospital. On Thursday night, the security guard left his post, and families

Wish I could give zero stars. Let’s start off I waited over and hour to be seen even after people who came in after me got called back. When I’m going to leave I finally get called after expressing my daughter had a 103 fever. And multiple serious issues like not peeing all day. I get to the back after forever we get a Zofran and a pole juice. No test done to see the cause. No blood work. No IV fluids when I expressed she wouldn’t drink all day. They check A TWO YEAR OLDS temperature in the mouth while she’s screaming. I physically saw the man not even put it under her tongue. And say her temperature was 98. I left bc I’m over it at this point and will take her somewhere else. I get home check her temperature it’s 102 still!! And checked with three different thermometers to be sure. I aske

The most amazing hospital my son has ever been to! He had a 4 hr growth hormone study done and we have two nurses and I can’t remember her specific title but a teacher like nurse that helped us. All three were absolutely amazing to my son. He’s doesn’t like needles and they made it extremely positive and easy. Heather came in and taught him how everything would work he loves talking to her and helping her. The other two nurses he absolutely adored as well one of the was Lexie and I can’t remember the other nurses name but they were both so amazing! This hospital was WELL worth the 3 hour one way trip. I would HIGHLY recommend this hospital and will be back if we have to! Thank you all so much for taking such great care of my baby ❤️

We had the absolute best experience this morning at 6:30 AM when our six month old had to go in for a cyst removal. All of the nurses from beginning to end and everyone else involved were so happy to be there to care for our little one and ensure us that everything was going to be OK with smiles on their faces. it’s not often that you come across such happy people at 6:30 AM at work, (especially in a hospital) who bring actual joy and comfort to a sensitive, delicate and somewhat scary situation, and fortunately this is the experience that we had! The communication was thorough and they made sure we knew exactly what was going on. Dr. Glenn was very kind and we knew that our baby was in good hands! All went well and now he is sleeping soundly in his crib. Thank you all for making this expe
