Atrium Health Levine Children's Urgent Care

Took our son very close to closing time. I felt so bad to walk in at the last minute but everyone was so incredibly kind and caring. They were fast and very thorough. The NP, Asha, was AMAZING. She examined him carefully, answered all of our questions and gave clear instructions for treatment plan. She even surprised him with a teddy bear. Extremely satisfied with our visit and will trust them in the future to care for my son. Excellent care, highly recommend!

I took my two girls in on Friday with the flu and was treated and evaluated super fast and the staff was very professional and courteous. Great experience, recommend this urgent care. I have bounced across many in the last 10 years with all my kids, this by far , the best attention and no time wasting! Kudos to the entire team there.

Terrible medical service! I arrived with two sick children, but only had an appointment for one. The second child became ill after I scheduled the appointment! The child without an appointment was feeling very unwell, had a temperature of 104.3°F, and they refused to provide any medical services, not even offering water or simple fever-reducing medication, because he wasn't scheduled! For the second child, who had an appointment, they performed a flu test and then simply sent us to the emergency room! My question is, why did I wait two days for an appointment, and what kind of medical care does this urgent care facility actually provide? If you have any real medical problem other than the flu, I would not recommend visiting this Urgent Care!

If you want the right care for your child do not take them here. I came for a second opinion for my son and was told that it was crazy I was here for that since my doctor knew more than they did and that There was nothing they could do for me. From a parents view we want a place that we are comfortable ,felt heard that’s for the best care for our kids and this place is not it.

They treated my son and sent us home with meds needed for an ear infection. My husband said the doctor seemed short and annoyed given we have chosen not to vaccinate at this point.
