My husband was sent to 3NE Acute Care in room 3608. he was told he had to have HEART SURGERY and they did even have him on continuous blood pressures? A little nurse assistant kept coming in every few hours to do it!! It’s all done by machines. I used to be in nursing scool so I KNOW it isn’t accurate 100%. DO NOT bring your family to this floor? Especially do not ask for their nurse Savannah Desmor. She was professional at first but I had not been able yo be intimate with my husband for days and she would not let us have a showe Together! Like oh my god? I had to have heart surgery the following week and had not been able to go home to shower. She said it was because other patients got to use that shower room and threatened to “get her manger to speak to me”? I just wanted yo be able to m

My daughter went to ER for Suicidal attempt. She has aspergers autism and was in the BH (behavioral health) hall. She was there for about 48 hours, on phsyc. hold. Then transferred to peachford. She was treated respectfully, and kindly. From check in to ambulance ride. I was treated the same way. One of the security guards that had to restrain her at 1 point bought her a candy bar afterwards. The nurses were so nice and always checking on the both of us. When they brought her meals. They brought me 1 as well and there food is really good. I would highly recomend this hospital to anyone.

I was sent there on a 10 13 even though i just couldn't sleep for 3 days That was not right. I waited for them to make it right but my stay was 13 days and it was the worse care i recived. John Gavin and Rory made my stay more comfortable for me. I do not like staying in a worse hospital setting when my anxiety is already bad enough enough said.

Floyd Hospital is an absolute disgrace for mental health care. Arrived with a family member on 12/17 - was escorted straight back to a closet sized room with a nurse & security guard. (I understand some metal health patients are a danger to others, this was not the case.) The nurse did her evaluation and then told me I could go & call back in 1-2 hours to see if the doctor decided to keep him or send him home on outpatient care. I explained that we lived an hour away so I would just wait in my car. Called back after 1 hour & was told to call back in 30 minutes. Waited 45 minutes, called back, I was told they were going to keep him and i could call that number anytime to check on him- that was all the information i was given.
