Atlas Post Acute at Woodbury Country Club

My mom was at Atlas for rehabilitation after being bedridden in a hospital for weeks. They helped her regain her mobility and independence with patience, caring, and persistence. The therapy team is excellent and the staff was attentive even during 2 big snowstorms! Thank you!

Very happy with my stay at Atlas. The staff was friendly and efficient. Physical therapy was the best. I would have never been able to do the things I am doing now. There is a great activity staff , they come by to see if you wish to go there for the activity and give you a ride. I can't say enough about the nurses and aids . Saw to my every need. Kitchen staff was efficient and friendly. Thank you to all at Atlas, Woodbury.

I recently had a coworker stay at this facility for rehabilitation, and I was so impressed by the experience. They made remarkable progress during their time here, which is a true testament to the quality of care provided. A huge thank you to Karynell, the administrator, and Luciana, who were consistently professional and deeply "hands-on." It was clear that they are genuinely invested in ensuring every resident is progressing toward their health goals and successfully returning home. It’s rare to see leadership so involved in the day-to-day success of their patients. Highly recommended!

My mother was here at Atlas recovering after a fall and I can not say enough nice things about this place!!! Everyone was kind and patient the facility is gorgeous!!! The food was outstanding!!! They have a salon and a movie theater!!! My mom received therapy twice a day. It was fabulous and I would only ever recommend this place!!!!
