Pass on this place had same problem for years they have never been able to figure out. They make me come in then charge 250 dollars to be seen with insurance. Then give same prescription as before never in with doctor longer than 5 minutes. I now just go to After hours and save 100 dollars for same medication.

Had such a great experience at Atlas. Danielle, NP was so knowledge and kind throughout my appointment. Everyone from front office to the back staff were great. I will definitely be recommending Atlas to my friends and family.

Dr. Massengale is a very passionate doctor, who is also quite knowledgeable. I can see that he loves what he does and truly wants the best for his clients. However, I don’t think that was the case with me specifically. For context, I am an adult female who has experienced acne in high school and intermittently throughout college. The acne looks cystic, but never got confirmation, and enough was enough. I decided I had to get my skin checked out. Another thing about me is I have a big gripe Accutane due to the horror stories I’ve heard from people in my life. I believe Accutane should be a last resort, not a first solution. Because of my persistence, the doctors succumbed and gave me antibiotics (doxy), spironolactone, a medicial cleaner, and topical cream (azalaic). I tried these for about

The absolute best. I’ve been to Dr. Trent For a lipoma removal and bump on my nose. Wonderful bedside manners. Very, personable, friendly, and professional. Nurse Mallory did the initial consultation, and also sees my son. She was also very personable and professional. I can’t say enough about both of them. I would highly recommend Atlas for anyone.

Let me tell you how I will never go to another derm office unless they shut down. I love Dr. Massengale and his entire staff. They are always so kind, professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and patient. The environment is so Louisiana, it's like your second home. I never feel like I am rushed or just a number. I had taken my son there with me today and he will be followed by them as well. My son if very shy and he opened up to them and it made my mommy heart so happy. He is normally scared of any doctor office, but they were so gentle with him. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Lastly, Ms. Carly (not sure with a C or a K) but she was so sweet and patient and has the lightest touch. I had to get blood drawn and felt nothing. She was the absolute best and will be my go to
