went to this location this evening and tested positive for covid. i’m in bad shape. the NP told me she was going to send a script for medicine for me. they specifically said CVS EHT on tilton road. they did not do it. they did not send the script. they closed after I left so their phone went to automated response. no voicemail. I waited at the CVS for thirty minutes to check a few times. nothing. I could very well die tonight because of the incompetence of this place.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to write this one. My mom started to develop a pain in her right eye. The pain hurt so bad and she was having trouble keeping her eye opened. The winter storm was on its way. My mom went to Urgent Care in Somers Point. She was greeted by a professional, smart, compassionate lady. My mom didn’t get her name but we wanted to thank her from the bottom of our hearts. When you are in so much pain and someone treats you with compassion it means so much. Dr. Perry Jr. was so professional and kind. He told my mom she is in good hands. The team were phenomenal during the visit. Thank you all for all your hard work every day. You all are phenomenal is your profession. 🎉🎉❤️❤️

Disappointing and inappropriate experience During a recent visit, my husband was told by a nurse that his TB test was positive because he was born in Peru. This statement was both medically inaccurate and deeply inappropriate. Making assumptions about a patient’s health based on country of origin reflects bias, not evidence-based care. Many individuals born outside the U.S. received the BCG vaccine, which can cause a positive TB screening without indicating active disease. A healthcare professional should be aware of this and explain results clearly and respectfully. This interaction was upsetting and avoidable. Patients deserve culturally competent, informed, and non-discriminatory care. I hope this facility addresses this issue through staff education and accountability so others do not

Honestly I won’t be back. Unfortunately I had to go in on NYE. For starters the second I walked in, the woman at the front desk said “come on now we’re closing in 10 mins” I felt rushed the entire time as it was announced to every patient “hurry up now we’re closing and it’s been busy today “ but I get it it’s a holiday. What upset me is that my prescription was never sent in to my pharmacy. With their facility closed I had no choice but to suffer overnight without albuterol and steroids for my chief complain of shortness of breath. I called the next morning to tell them pharmacy never received it. They have a nurse call me back and tell me what happened. Apparently in their rush my scripts were printed and left on the printer, never called in to the pharmacy. I spent the night uncom

Took my son there today to be seen. Didn’t even make eye contact when she says “you can have a seat”. We waited 10 minutes with no one saying a thing. There was one person at the counter that didn’t have the paper or information she needed but this receptionist was just sitting on the other side of the desk while this lady was rummaging through her bag and me, and my son are sitting over there in the corner. We left. The way, the receptionist acknowledges a patient when they walk through the door Is a reflection of the career that that facility gives to their patients This wasn’t my first time there, but this is my first time complaining. Every time I go to any Atlantic care facility it is absolute complete crap. Especially the mental health in Atlanta care. If you have children that need
