If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Called ahead to see if they could xray my 3 year old who swallowed a button- our after hours pediatrician suggested an x-ray to make sure it wasnt stuck. Called ahead and explained the situation and they said Yes they can xray her etc. Get there at 7:20pm, check in, pay copay, go into room, Im assuming it was a “dr” who came in and said they would xray her. Great. She left and came back and said they werent comfortable doing the xray and we should go to ER. They sure felt comfortable taking my copay though! I specifically called to avoid wasting time, and thats all this place is. Waste of time and money.

Super fast service, and super nice staff. I went to Galloway Urgent Care for an abscess on my leg. I didn’t have to wait long at all, the doctor saw me within 10 minutes of being called back, was super nice, and listened to my concerns. I had to call back with a question, and was put on the phone with the doctor who treated me immediately. Great experience overall. I won’t hesitate to go back again if need be.

Went here for a fall and possibly a fracture in my back. The nurse practicer saw us no doctor, just her. After a 5 minute exam she refused to do an xray. She said she cannot rule out an internal bleed and to go to the ER. She refused to do an xray because " there could be bigger things going on". No bruises, no serious symptoms except a week with back pain, a minor fall really but I wanted to rule out a possible back fracture before I went to the chiropractor for it. Don't waste your time here. Go to an urgent care with a competent doctor.

Don't bother going early to find out what's going on with your sick kid and wait in line because once they open the save spot that's all they care about I have been here several times in the last month and never experienced the treatment that I got today. We have even gotten to know the front desk people these girls I don't know and they where complaining that it's only 2 of them. Really you take a person waiting in line and then a save spot person it's not hard to rotate it. Megan is the absolute best at the front always has a big smile on her face and very warm and welcoming of course she was off and we got rude ladies

My girlfriend came in with stomach pains and after charging her the NP said they couldn’t do imaging and just told her to go to the ER. What’s the point of Urgent Care if you’re just gonna send someone to the ER? Could’ve just said that they didn’t do ultrasounds or that they couldn’t help with her symptoms before charging her. Didn’t even give her an impression or a prescription for symptomatic relief. If you’re feeling bad might as well just waste your money in the ER since that’s where this place will send you anyway.
