I went to several appointments at the bridge clinic located on the 1st floor near the pharmacy right by the main entrance. They were all very helpful, very understanding, very knowledgeable, and very concerned about me getting connected with the resources they have to offer to help me get to a better place in my recovery and my life. They have helped me with my MAT, mental health, and are even getting me in with a peer support specialist to help guide me long term. I'm very thankful for each and every member of the bridge clinic staff who has helped me on my journey so far. I'm grateful there is a place like this for people to go to when we have nowhere else to turn to. Thank you! <3 ❤️

My 3 year old son was brought in by ambulance to AC hospital for a really bad split lip that required a plastic surgeon. I was blessed with the best ER staff. His nurses and his doctor really took such good care of him. I am forever grateful. the nurses took time to check in with me multiple times also, as he had to be sedated and it was heartbreaking to see him like that. I couldn’t have asked for a better team for my son - shoutout to the plastic surgeon who had to drive 3 hours in blizzard conditions to get to us! Thank you a million times 🩷

This photo is a photo of my son less than two days after he was discharged from this hospital with an hgb of 7.0 and ANC of 0.6. My request of transfer to CHOP In Philadelphia was denied by Dr Mah. Our experience at this hospital was deeply disappointing and concerning as a parent. I will say the nurses were wonderful, especially Hailey. My three year old son presented with a hemoglobin of 7.0 and an absolute neutrophil count of 0.6. He was extremely pale with , lethargic, and not himself. I repeatedly expressed concerns about his color, activity level, and lab values. I requested repeat electrolyte testing before discharge and even asked (nearly begged) that he be transferred to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for further evaluation. Those requests were denied, specifically by Dr. Ma

On behalf of my entire family- my grandmother is currently a patient here, and we have experienced nothing but kindness and empathy from the entire staff. Thank you so much for being human and for being there for my entire family. It’s difficult to see a loved one go through their final stages, but the nurses and team in the ICU, the 4th floor, and the palliative care unit have been extremely accommodating in our time of need.

This is a horrible hospital. There is no communication with the doctors and nurses. The only time I spoke to a doctor or nurse was because I was on the cell phone with my father and one happened to walk in the room. I left my name and number 100 times. Never a return phone call. STILL WAITING!!!!!! Now, my father's transport to rehab was for 330 pm and it is now 630 pm and there are telling me 8 PM or 9 PM. Now I am waiting for a supervisor named Donna. Tick tock tick tock goes the time!!! Still no call. Steer clear of this hospital. If you care for your loved one, don't take them here. Nurses were nice but no communication. If you are not there, don't expect to hear how your loved one is. While the patient is waiting for rehab to learn to walk again at 91, they sit in a bed
