I am a 69-year-old woman, and I feel compelled to warn others — especially seniors — about how disgracefully I was treated by this office. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM at the Rockaway office with Dr. Shaun Adair. Due to heavy traffic and delays with my Uber, I called the office in advance to let them know I would be a few minutes late. I arrived at 11:14 — just 14 minutes past the hour — and was immediately turned away. The staff coldly told me I was “too late” and refused to see me. No exception, no compassion, and absolutely no concern for the fact that I have a serious infection and needed medical attention. I was shocked.
