The truth is I would like to give the doctor a five and the staff a zero . I have been going to this doctor monthly for about a year and the desk staff at all the offices are rude and do not seem to like the job. I cannot think of another reason to treat clients as they do. in the past year I have been to 3 offices with basically the same service. I will say after you get past the front desk the employees are great and very personable. I had a blood vessel burst and needed treatment I went to Milford office on Monday and was served and told to follow up Wednesday in Salisbury for laser. Somehow my appointment was not in system but when they read notes it was clear that there was a mistake but no one apologized for calling me a liar. I had bad luck and lost my wallet and explained but they

Staff is friendly, but wait times are extreme. 2 hours of waiting to talk to the doctor for 5 minutes.

Unfortunately, I wasn't given the privilege of becoming one of their newest patients due to a crazy office policy. Apparently, you have a referral from an before you can get an appointment. My question is this here, supposed you don't have a optometrist but need to see an ophthalmologist?

I would recommend ARC to others in the Milford area. The office is designed to move a lot of patient volume. This is welcomed, as the waiting room chairs are a bit too close together (with few tables) for my comfort. The ARC staff is very young and efficient, and they manage patients through the machines that do most of the required analysis. And yes, the physicians I saw are also very friendly, informative and efficient.

Dr Rial an staff takes the time to explain everything before they do anything. Also asking during procedures asking how are you feeling and is everything OK. Everyone seems to be SO nice. I had an concern and I called and talked the office manager and he seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. I recommend this center to anyone.
